All payments for eSIM services are one-time and non-recurring. eSIM purchases are non-refundable, except in certain specific cases at the sole discretion of HypeSIM. Please review carefully before completing your purchase.

You agree to use HypeSIM services only for legitimate mobile connectivity purposes. Any misuse, including but not limited to creating proxy services, reselling, illegal activities, or any non-travel-related uses, is strictly prohibited.

We use Apple Sign In and Passkey technology for secure authentication. You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us.
